I’ve had a number of people ask recently if I offer any sort of classes or mentoring about production patternmaking. Currently I don’t, but it would be great to hear from you – should I?
If I did something like this, it would be for designers who make their own patterns for their brand or freelancers/patternmakers who create patterns for brands going into production at a factory.
I don’t know what the format would look like just yet, but would love to get a quick read on the interest before putting anything together. (If you’ve been around here a while, you might remember that I used to host a patternmaking workroom forum for designers who make their own patterns. The format and engagement wasn’t quite right at the time, so I closed it. If I do something like this again, I want to make sure it is in the most valuable format for you!)
